Résumé
Le PFE porte sur l’étude statique et sismique du Plateau technique « satellite » du CHU de Grenoble. La structure en béton armé et les fondations profondes sont prédimensionnées en phase APD.
L’étude statique comprend la descente de charge, ledimensionnement des porteurs et des fondations. Dans un premier temps cette tâche a étéeffectuée manuellement puis assistée par ordinateur grâce aux logiciels GRAITEC Arche Ossature et Effel Structure. La modélisation représente une part importante de l’étude : afin de mieux rendre compte de l’interaction sol/structure j’ai étudié et comparé des modèles appuis fixes et sur appuis élastiques de raideur équivalente à celle du sol. Différents critères de comparaison tendent à montrer que l’étude des bâtiments sur appuis élastiques donne des résultats plus proches de la réalité et plus acceptables pour le dimensionnement de l’ouvrage que des modèles sur appuis fixes.

Abstract
The End-of-studies Project deals with the static and seismic study of the Technical platform of the Hospital of Grenoble. Both the sizeof the structure made of the reinforced concrete and the foundation piles are examined at apre-project stage.
The static study includes the determination of the loads, of the size of the bearing elements, as well as the dimensions of the piles. Icarried out this task once manually, and then thanks to GRAITEC’s civil engineering softwares Arche Ossature and Effel Structure.
Modelling is an important phase of the study: in order to take into account the ground/foundation interaction, I have studied and compared models lying on fix supports and elastic supports with a ground equivalent stiffness.
Various criteria of comparison lead to the conclusion that studying buildings as models on elastic supports gives a better representation of reality and more acceptable results for the design of the structure.
